Dr. Riaz was absolutely amazing. After spending several days trying to get help through the NHS, including visiting my GP, attending an emergency appointment, and going to A&E, I was still unable to get the treatment I needed.

Dr. Riaz came out to see me within 24 hours and even offered an evening appointment at 8:30 p.m. He cleaned my ear, dealt with the issue straight away, and prescribed the medication I needed. He was professional, reassuring, and incredibly helpful throughout.

After nearly two weeks of being in severe pain with an ear infection and impacted ear wax, I decided to contact Auris Ear Care after getting nowhere with the NHS. I had spent hours waiting at urgent care on two separate occasions, only to be prescribed the wrong treatment each time, and my infection continued to get worse.

Getting in touch with Dr. Riaz Rampuri was the best decision I could have made. He was able to see me the very same day, and from the moment he arrived he was professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. He carefully suctioned the impacted wax from my ear, prescribed the correct treatment for the infection, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Within a short time, I finally started to feel relief after weeks of pain. Dr. Rampuri has honestly been a lifesaver, and I only wish I’d contacted him from the beginning instead of spending so long trying to get the right treatment elsewhere.

Riaz is superb at his job. Before he cleaned my ears my hearing was bad in spite of a number of ear cleans over the years and after my hearing aids. After he cleaned them it was a whole new world, crystal clear hearing I hadn't known for years. There was no pain in his micro suction technique treatment. He was charming throughout the procedure.
